Seeking Self Storage Management Position in Tampa, Pasco, Florida

We are very interested in acquiring a Management or regional management position that offer us personal and management growth.  We are goal and success orientated with strong skills in communication, team building, management, marketing, and information technology.

We currently manage a storage facility for a small Denver management company that does not offer future progression. With strong IT skills, customer service and management proficiency in relation to self storage companies we have increased yearly revenue by $65,000.  We have developed excel spread sheets for annual budgets and cap x improvements with the responsibility of property redevelopment supervising construction cost, progress and final walk through inspections.

Our current salary is $42,000 plus a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment     (1500 sq ft) including a 10x30 garage with all amenities paid, totaling a compensation package of $59,000 a year.   Our salary requirements need to match our current salary.  We are confident that we can meet all of your expectations.  We have my own health insurance but a dental package is desired.

Sincerely,
David & Jaqueline Malliat

Dear SSBay.com,

I had my listing for a mini storage on your website and I was honestly impressed by the number of calls that I got from qualified buyers that found my listing on your site. You must be advertising in the right places. I've since sold my mini storage listing and I'm currently working a few of these buyers to help them find other mini storage facilities for sale. Thanks for your help.
