Seeking Self Storage Management
Position in Tampa, Pasco, Florida
We are very interested in acquiring a
Management or regional management position that offer us
personal and management growth. We are goal and success
orientated with strong skills in communication, team
building, management, marketing, and information technology.
We currently manage a storage facility for a small Denver
management company that does not offer future progression.
With strong IT skills, customer service and management
proficiency in relation to self storage companies we have
increased yearly revenue by $65,000. We have developed
excel spread sheets for annual budgets and cap x
improvements with the responsibility of property
redevelopment supervising construction cost, progress and
final walk through inspections.
Our current salary is $42,000 plus a 2 bedroom 2 bath
apartment (1500 sq ft) including a 10x30 garage with all
amenities paid, totaling a compensation package of $59,000 a
year. Our salary requirements need to match our current
salary. We are confident that we can meet all of your
expectations. We have my own health insurance but a dental
package is desired.

contractors for Cap X improvements and regular schedule
maintenance. I installed new point of sale software and set
up remote monitoring for CCTV system. Train existing
managers of newly acquired properties on daily procedures
and set up the office to run as a SPL property. Customer
service, sales, collections, negotiation of maintenance
contacts and overseeing newly acquired properties are all
part of my responsibilities.

Retail fuel: Camp Cedar Iraq Used public relations skills
to have the military provide generators and other essential
materials to improved military fuel points. Set up generator
refueling routes. Provide training to third country
nationals on fueling generators, and military equipment.
Participate in TSTI (Task Safety Training Instruction) on a
daily basis passing on all safety information to third
country nationals and make sure personal protective gear is
used by all subcontractors working under my supervision.
Set up and maintained the mini bag farm which consisted of
4, 5000 gal bags of JP- 5 and 1 5000gal bag of MOGAS. Also
work with the Army to over see the dismantling of the camp
and restoration of camp property to original state. This
involved the removal of all camp structures , facilities and
removing contaminated soil and replacement of the soil.
Camp Spearhead Kuwait worked with camp operations to
coordinate with the Army and Navy set up and division of the
camp. KBR operations were to support military operations
with delivery of materials, construction of DFAC, Operation
Centers for both the Army and Navy, Technical support for
the Navy on wireless network.

Support Trained expats and locals on the use of Bio metrics
equipment and worked on solving technical issues of the Bio
Metric equipment.
