security alarms, maintaining a 95% occupancy and
above for the last 4 years that I was there. Had
occupancy up tp 70% within 6 months after opening.
Designed 2 climate controlled buildings. Marketing
and phone skills. Was hired before the property was
built and helped oversee the construction and gave
advice to the investors and builders during
construction. Sold moving and storage products.
Cleaned hallways, units and kept property weed and
trash free. Maintained a beautiful garden in front
of the office. Auctions, reports, lock checks, rent
increases and more.
