Looking for two on-site resident
management couples for the Dallas/Ft.
Worth area. Both facilities are
individually owned by out-of-state
owners.
I
am looking for experienced, self
motivated managers who are multi-task
oriented and have a "get 'er
done attitude". We offer
2-bedroom apartments with utilities
furnished, competitive base salaries,
plus monthly bonus commissions on
rentals, resale merchandise and truck
leasing and monthly gas allowance.
Must know computers and have excellent
people skills. Truck leasing experience
a plus. Duties include: Leasing, taking
rental payments, vacating and
cleaning units; Excellent phone skills;
Market facilities via phone and to local
businesses and apartments;
Delinquency and foreclosure procedures;
Ability to handle people with respect;
Maintain a clean property; Perform minor
maintenance; and follow facility
guidelines and policies as established
by owner(s).
